J.H.S.B.'s management team consists of former military and law enforcement trainers who have over forty years combined experience in training and consulting with military and civilian personnel. Our philosophy about security

Security is defined in the Webster's Collegiate dictionary as the quality or state of being secure, such as freedom from danger and freedom from fear or anxiety. It is also defined as something that secures, such as a measure taken to guard against espionage, sabotage, crime, attack or escape.

Based on these definitions, anyone who supplies security has a role to secure, protect and defend an area, an item or a person. The officer may be securing a vehicle, person or a building. The officer may be in his or her home state or in a hostile country. Regardless of the assignment, the officer's best weapon is the ability to observe and recognize a threat, and then defend against it if necessary.

All of J.H.S.B.'s courses are designed to first train the individual to become a highly trained security professional. Then, we train those individuals to work as a well-organized security team.

Each of J.H.S.B.'s courses uses a three-phase training method: classroom, extensive simulation training and live practical training. All students must maintain a minimum of 80% academic average and a practical and simulation average of 95% to graduate and receive certification. All courses are conducted at your location through our Advanced Mobile Units for Law Enforcement Training (AMULET).
